Cell Sorting
Sort incoming cells by grade to ensure cell consistency

Cell Grouping
Stack and press cells to form cell groups

Module Loading
Lift assembled modules into the PACK cabinet

Laser Welding
Conduct visual positioning inspection, then place busbars for laser welding

BMS & Electrical Component Installation
Install pre-processed BMS protection boards and electrical components inside the battery cabinet

(EOL) Testing
Perform battery communication test, voltage internal resistance test and air-tightness test to guarantee battery reliability

Aging Test
Carry out charge-discharge tests for real-time simulation of operating conditions

Quality Inspection & Packaging
Conduct packaging and warehousing upon passing quality inspection
